Tepesquet

Tepesquet is know as the 50 mile ride with the big hill.  SR 166 on the way out can have some traffic, but for the most part the bike lanes are adequate.  It's a good 3 to 3-1/2 hour ride.  The descent is fun and now has good pavement.  The ride starts near Main Street Cycles at the corner of McClelland/Main Street (SR 166).

Travel north on McClelland.
At 0.5 miles turn right on Alvin
At 1.8 miles turn left on Suey
At 2 miles veer to the right on Suey Crossing which becomes Bull Canyon
At 17 miles turn right on Tepesquet Rd.
At 31.9 miles turn right on Santa Maria Mesa Rd
At 38.7 miles turn right on Foxen Canyon
At 42.6 miles turn right on Rosemary
At 44.1 miles turn left on Jones Street
At 44.6 miles turn right on Suey
At 45.6 miles turn left on Alvin
At 47 miles turn left on McClelland

Ride finishes at 47.5 miles with 3,100 feet of elevation.
