Short Dominion

This is my favorite ride when I have only about an hour.  It is a beautiful 19-mile ride with about 600 feet of climbing.  Nothing too steep with maximum sustained grades of no more than 5 percent.  There is a great fun descent going down Telephone Road.  There can be beautiful panoramic ocean views on Telephone near Clark Road.  I have written the ride direction as clockwise.  Counter clockwise is also a great ride and a bit more challenging.

Start at the shopping center at the northwest corner of Betteravia and Miller.
Travel east on Betteravia.  Betteravia becomes Foxen Canyon Road,
At 5.7 miles turn right on Dominion Road.
At 8.8 miles turn right on Clark
At 10.8 miles turn right on Telephone Road
At 14.8 miles turn left on Foxen, Foxen becomes Betteravia.

Total distance of 18 miles and 580 feet of elevation.
